  • What steps are involved in the GENDIQ® certification process?

    The certification process includes online learning modules, interactive training, and a final assessment to ensure a thorough understanding of the program content.

     

  • What are requirements for passing assessments?

    Every assessment cosists of 10 questions and final assessment have 20. Passing score for every assessment is 80% and you have 2 attempts to pass it.

  • What are the requirements to complete the online certification?

    You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a computer or device for course access, and a dedicated time commitment to complete all modules and assessments. There are no specific academic requirements.

  • My credit card gets rejected. What payment methods are accepted?

    We offer multiple payment options, including credit cards, bank transfers, and company purchase orders. Full payment details will be provided during the registration process. Please note that credit cards issued by countries on the FATF list may not be accepted due to international banking restrictions or sanctions. The payment method which offers the broadest range of eligible countries is Stripe. If you still encounter payment issues, you can use the Cryptomus payment option, which allows payments via USDT or credit card after creating an account. If you are unable to create an account with Cryptomus, it means that you are in a country where Cryptomus is unable to accept payments via a credit card.     Employers can confirm certification authenticity via our online verification portal or by reaching out to our support team for assistance.

     

  • Can I retake the final assessment if I don’t pass initially?

    The passing score for each Module Assessment is 80/100 and for the Final Assessment it is 160/200. If you fail any assessment it means you will not get a certificate.

     

  • Is there any deadline to complete the course?

    No, you don't have any deadline to complete full course. Usually the certification takes 5-7 hours of concentrated study. So studying within an hour each day takes a week to finish the course.
